About the Symposium
The "Be The Change" symposium is a one day event that offers a vital approach to a crisis on earth caused by the human presence. The crisis manifests in environmental damage, social injustice and a deep sense of unfulfilment which is widespread. The symposium presents evidence of the rapidly developing threat to the web of life and identifies the nature of the prevailing paradigm that is its cause.
The symposium invites an emerging paradigm capable of solving all these problems. It encourages a belief that even a small group of individuals has the power to effect radical change. The format includes video clips, group work and presentations on the dominant global paradigm and how to alter it.
