Sometimes limitations can be addressed of which you were previously unaware. This clears space for magic and that which previously seemed impossible becomes possible. Confidence grows and with it the ability to meet your career goals. Expanding both your competence and awareness strengthens your ability to lead and direct others to achieve organisational goals not only through strategies and structure but through the example of living your unique potential and encouraging others to find theirs.

Unlimited potential is unlikely to be realised simply by mental absorption of information and ideas however much wisdom they contain. Body intelligence is part of your unique potential. For this reason we offer the teaching of the physical practice of yoga in simple postures as an optional part of individual coaching sessions. Personal limitations will often yield to bodywork. This does not require athleticism or any particular degree of physical development or accomplishment.
