opensourcecode is a science and a discipline, a set of skills and a body of wisdom, ancient and modern. It is available to anyone who wants to activate new resources and tap the unique potential within themselves or their organisation.

Origins

opensourcecode has been devised by David Hargreaves. During a conventional business career, David has spent 25 years exploring both established and eclectic therapeutic and personal development techniques, the metaphysical, transpersonal, mystical, shamanic, the physical practice of yoga and some of the wilder shores of the esoteric. Always the guiding enquiry was "how does this work?" and "how can this be applied in real life?"

Personal Statement from David

I believe the time is ripe — and in fact cannot be avoided — for humanity to take an evolutionary leap in its affairs. I suggest that we are coded for it, but some of the code has been lost. I am convinced that business in general and executive coaching in particular has a critical part to play in this. The purpose of opensourcecode is to awaken dormant or disconnected faculties and facilitate a quantum leap. The consequences may be many and varied, and to some extent unpredictable. I expect that there will be new structures and systems which deny neither the need for profit nor the wellbeing of people nor care of the environment.
